This type of spring is one of the most widely used springs and as it is clear from the name of this spring, it must be under pressure to have the desired efficiency and performance. The simplest type of this spring is the automatic spring. In this type of springs, there is an indirect relationship between the outer diameter and power, that is, with the increase of the outer diameter, the power of the spring decreases.

Cylindrical: This type is more common than the conical type and it is called a spring whose outer diameter is the same throughout the length of the spring.
